Stay safe this summer with Heartsaver CPR training and certification. Cost is $15 per participant and includes a 3-hour training, CPR booklet, and 2 year certification card. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Led by Instructor, Dan Wathen, CPR Coordinator at the Kettering Fire Department, this short course prepares anyone to be a life-saver. Registration is required and limited to 30 people. Cash payment due at check-in on June 17. Ages 13+.
Heartsaver® CPR AED is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.
