Several updates have been implemented at the Ohio Digital Library.
- You can now renew titles from your Bookshelf at the Ohio Digital Library. A renewal button will appear 3 days before an item is set to expire. Only titles not on hold for another patron will be able to renew. More information.
- When placing a hold, you can now select the option to have the item automatically checked out to you, when it becomes available. You will still receive an email notice, but you will only have to initiate the download from your Bookshelf. More information.
- You can also now suspend a hold. In your Ohio Digital Library Account, go to Holds and select the option to Suspend hold. You then can set the date you want the hold to become active again. More information.
- Customize your browsing experience based on content maturity level. Go to Settings under your Account to select the age range of content you wish to be available. More information.
- After you have signed into the Ohio Digital Library, a collection of recommended titles will appear on the homepage. These recommendations are based on titles you currently have checked out and are available for checkout. If you do not have any checkouts or holds, this collection will not appear.
