3-2-1-BLASTOFF! We’re doing real life rocket science on a small scale for children ages 8-13 at Wright Library on Saturday, September 24, 2-4pm. Children and their accompanying adults will build and launch Quest Astra III’s under the guidance of the Wright Stuff Rocketeers. Once launched, the rockets reach speeds up to 100 miles per hour before coming back down. These miniature rockets are a safe and educational introductory rocketeering experience. All participants get to take their rockets home with them.
Recommended for ages 9-12, allowable ages 8-13. All supplies provided. Thank you to the Wright Library Foundation for sponsoring this program.
