Summer Reading 2024 has drawn to a close and prize drawing winners have been notified. If you still have prizes to pick up from reading you already completed between June 1-July 31, make sure to visit the library by 5 PM on August 11 to claim any prizes.

How it works
- Register as a participant. Get a prize* just for signing up!
Registration opens May 18.
Registration Prizes are available starting June 1. - Log each book you read between June 1-July 31 to earn prize raffle entries.
- Visit the library weekly to spin the prize wheel* (starting June 10).
New this year, Wright Library is offering registration, logging, and prize drawings through the Beanstack app. Learn more below about how to register and log your reading.

Prize drawings will take place August 1. Make sure to claim all prizes by 5 PM on August 11.
*Prizes for participation & prize wheel spins are offered while supplies last. No prizes will be mailed, but Oakwood residents may be eligible for our "Wright to Your Home" delivery service.
How to Register
Pre-register starting May 18, or anytime before July 31. There are 3 ways to register.
Option 1: Beanstack mobile app
- Download the Beanstack app on a mobile device.
- Create your Beanstack account.
- No library card number is needed. Beanstack is not linked to your Wright Library patron account.
- Parents with children participating in our Youth Summer Reading Challenge can add children as additional readers under the same account. Track the whole family's reading in one place.
- If you've already set up Beanstack with another library, you'll still need to create a new account for Wright Library. You can toggle between libraries in the app once the accounts are created.
- Enter Wright Library's Adult Summer Challenge.
Option 2: Beanstack web app
- Visit Wright Library's Beanstack site.
- Create your Beanstack account.
- No library card number is needed. Beanstack is not linked to your Wright Library patron account.
- Parents with children participating in our Youth Summer Reading Challenge can add children as additional readers under the same account. Track the whole family's reading in one place.
- If you've already set up Beanstack with another library, you'll still need to create a new account for Wright Library's Beanstack site.
- Enter Wright Library's Adult Summer Challenge.
Option 3: Participate without Beanstack
Visit the Research Desk on the library's Main Level to register in person and pick up a paper tracking sheet (or print it out below).
Log your Reading
The easiest way to log your reading is from the Beanstack app or on our Beanstack site. Log any reading you do between June 1-July 31.
You can also download and print a tracking sheet. Track your reading on paper, then enter your progress in Beanstack later, or bring your sheet to the Research Desk where staff can enter your progress for you.
Don't forget to enter your Tickets
Each completed book you log earns you a ticket to enter in the prize drawing of your choice.
