About the School

The Nugent School of Irish Dance, directed by Kathleen Nugent, TCRG, offers classes in traditional Irish step dancing from beginners to adults. The school's mission is to provide the very finest Irish dance training to any child or adult who wishes to experience the joy of dance, to provide opportunities to perform and compete, to strengthen the body, and to teach an art that demands passion and discipline.

Kathleen has taught for 30+ years in the Dayton area and her students have competed with success at the regional, national, and international competitions. Nugent School prides itself on providing individual attention within a family atmosphere by offering small class sizes. The school is located at 6129 Far Hills Avenue in Dayton, Ohio.
