Virtual Trivia--90s Halloween Movies

To create the best trivia experience for our participants, we’re using two technology elements: Crowdpurr (trivia software) and Zoom (video software).  

We’ll start the live trivia at 7 p.m. The benefit of participating in the Zoom webinar is that you’ll virtually see your local librarians hosting, you can chat about the questions/answers with other participants via text chat, and you can see the live rankings leader-board.  

We suggest logging into the Zoom webinar first. As early as 6:45 p.m., please feel free to join the Zoom webinar at the link below:

Then, please pull up any web browser (ideally, your smart phone) and go to the www.crowd.live and enter the code HRYG3, no download is required. You’ll be prompted to enter your trivia nickname (library appropriate!) and the questions will be activated and advanced by the host. Note: Please do not test out this element early as it may disrupt your ability to log in at the actual time. 

Calling all Halloween 90s Movie enthusiasts 18+! Wright Library is hosting another Virtual Trivia for Adults. Any spooky movie made in the 90s is fair game and trivia questions will be pulled from titles like Hocus Pocus, Sleepy Hallow, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Practical Magic, etc. Trivia questions will be answered through Crowdpurr (no download required, simply go to the provided url in a browser). Join the Zoom webinar to see the rankings leaderboard in real time and learn more info about the questions from your local librarians while chatting with other participants via text chat.
