Join the MIT Museum to explore the making and the engineering process in the spirit of MIT’s motto “mens et manus” (mind and hand) as you design, build, test, and iterate on your own puzzle box. Participants will explore the engineering design cycle, iteration, learning from data, the application of mathematics skills in design and engineering, and problem solving techniques. From the MIT Museum in Cambridge, MA for students entering grades 6-12. This program is on Zoom. A kit of materials will be available to pick up at the library starting June 10. Register here.
