Wright Library Community Room

Stop by Wright Library to shop for the Holidays and support local authors at the same time. Dayton is home to many talented writers whose signed books make wonderful and unique gifts. If you're part of a book club, this is also great chance to learn about books and connect with authors who may be able to meet with your group. Fiction, Nonfiction, and Poetry will be represented. Note that some authors may accept only cash or check. Wright Library branded gifts available too!

Tip #2 Connect with Others

Wright Library book lists and curated links can help you connect with people over the holidays! Celebrations like Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, and Kwanzaa bring people together, but today, many of us feel anxious about meeting new people, fighting with family over politics, dealing with broken relationships, or facing the holidays after a death of someone close.
