- Unleashing Potential: How Service Dogs Transform Lives - Wednesday, September 17 at 6:30 p.m. A panel discussion and partnership with the Oakwood Inclusion Coalition.
- Cinephile Film Club: The Intouchables (2011, R, French comedy/drama w/subtitles) The true story of friendship between a wealthy quadriplegic and his unconventional aide. Thursday, September 25 at 12:00 p.m.
- The Next Chapter Book Club is for adults with Developmental Disabilities and supports lifelong-learning, social connections, and authentic community inclusion.

ListenWIFI - This device offers personal amplified audio at select library programs. If you need assistance, please contact a librarian prior to a program to request use of the ListenWIFI receiver or download the ListenWIFI app to your own mobile device.
Low Vision Ruby Magnifier - This handheld device provides magnification to aid in searching or reading books at the library. Ask a librarian to borrow this on your next library visit.
Merlin LCD Magnifier for Enhanced Vision - Patrons are welcome to use this self-service desktop video magnifier designed to assist individuals with low vision to see printed materials more clearly. It features adjustable magnification, color contrast, and brightness settings — providing a fully customizable viewing experience. Located near the library's front entrance.
NVDA Screen Reader - For use with a library computer, the screen reader will read aloud the text on the screen, allowing users to navigate and interact with applications and websites using keyboard commands. If interested, ask to borrow this service from the Reference Desk on the main level of the library.
Large Print Books - Find a huge selection of large-print books in the front reading room.
Accessible Accommodations - Wright Library has wheelchair accessible parking, sloped entrances, an elevator, and accessible restrooms on the Park Level. Trained Service Animals are welcomed.
Memory Care Learning Kits in the Library of Things Collection - These kits are designed to provide meaningful activities that stimulate the mind and spark conversation between caregivers and people experiencing loss of cognitive functioning, often due to Alzheimer’s disease or Dementia. These sensory items are tools to promote memory health and awareness.
