Submissions are being accepted for the Wright Library Art & Literary Zine through January 15, 2019.

International Day of Peace is observed around the world each year on September 21^st. Join Wright Library and people around the world to focus on possibilities for Peace.

​Wright Library, in partnership with the Jewish Community Center of Greater Dayton, presents author Renate Frydman as part of the JCC's Cultural Arts & Book Festival. Ms. Frydman will be discussing her book, Anschel's Story.

Join us at 7pm Monday October 22 for a poetry reading featuring three outstanding Ohio Poets - Nin Andrews from Cleveland, Jamey Dunham from Dayton, and Karen Schubert from Youngstown. They will be sharing poems new and old.

Visit the Library any time today to play board games.  With over a dozen games available, you're sure to find a playful time!  Games will range from classics to indies, will be age-inclusive and family-friendly, and will include different skill sets: word games, strategy games, cooperative games, etc. Pop in for a single game or stay for hours.  Play with family, friends, out-of-town guests, and everybody in between.

To play, sign out games at the Research or Youth Services desks.  Play anywhere in the Library, and return the games to the desk when you leave.
